Senior Pastor
Tim Kelley, at the age of 18, surrendered his life and heart to Jesus Christ. After receiving his degree in Biblical Studies, he relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida. In July of 1989 he became the senior pastor of Grace Connection Church and launched a local radio broadcast called “Grace Thoughts”, a daily radio program broadcast in the Tampa Bay region http://wtis1110.com/ and is now heard at www.oneplace.com. Pastor Kelley is now in his 30th year in public ministry here in the Tampa Bay area. He is an avid sports fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and the Boston Celtics. As you may have guessed, our pastor grew up in New England in the Plymouth, Massachusetts area.

Daniel Lewis
Missions - Director of IAGM
Pastor Dan is the international administrator and board member of I.A.G.M , International Association of Grace Ministries, of which Grace Connection Church is a part. I.A.G.M is a sending and supporting agency. He has travelled the world over for many years and has impacted missionaries in every part of the world as the International Field Director for a large sending organization. He is also a church elder and we consider him our "resident Bible scholar" and refer to his knowledge and experience regularly.

Wayne Goldworthy
Assisting Pastor - Connection Groups and Follow-up
Wayne became a Christian in a small town in Maine at the age of 25, coming out of the late 60s culture. He immersed himself into the Bible and local church life immediately. He directed a Sunday School of 300 and went on to become the assistant pastor of the church for 21 years where he embraced faith in Christ. He graduated from a Bible College in New England and spent three years on the mission field in Jamaica. Wayne has taken short term missions trips to Poland, Hungary, Thailand, the Caribbean, and Canada. Aletheia Bible Institute was founded and directed by him for 18 years. He was the church planting pastor of Grace Chinese Fellowship at the University of New Hampshire for 8 years. Connecting people to Christ and each other is a passion, hence his involvement in Small Group Ministry, and mentoring young men.

Blake Burnside
Assisting Pastor, Adult Christian Education
Blake is an ordained Southern Baptist minister and an elder here. He has lived in Florida since 1970 and has been serving with us since 1992. Blake came to Christ at the age of 16 while reading the First Letter of John in his bedroom. He had never been churched; his parents were not religious. He immediately got involved in ministry, sharing his new found faith through Fort Lauderdale Beach Ministries. He spent the next ten years in that ministry, which grew to include a homeless shelter and still produces The Discipleship Hour missionary radio broadcasts.
